Where urinals are installed, stall or wall-mounted urinals must be used with an elongated rim no
more than 17 inches (430 mm) above the floor. A clear floor space of 30 inches (762 mm) by 48 inches
(1220 mm) must be provided in front of the urinal. This space may adjoin or overlap an accessible route.
Public lavatories must allow wheelchair users to move under the sink and easily use the basin and
water controls. Any exposed piping below the lavatory must be insulated or otherwise protected. ADAAG
