Joseph Smith Biography

Without Disclosing My True Identity

planet where Joseph currently resides, from which he came when he visited the author of this
biography; thus, its authorized and official source being the resurrected Joseph himself.
Associating with these resurrected siblings, true messengers receive instruction
that allows them to fulfill their mission. Also, because this type of face-to-face instruction
and interaction is limited to only these messengers, there must be a reason for the
experience that benefits all of humankind, and not just to satisfy the intrinsic, sought-after
desires of the messenger himself. False ministers benefit from being “special”—no matter
how humble their presentation might appear—by professing exclusive “knowledge” that
others desire with itching ears. They create situations that feed their own egos and that of
their believers. The reason for the individual and unique interaction solely granted to true
messengers is so that the message can be delivered properly to the rest of their siblings.
The message must be delivered with the same personal insight and comfort in which it
was delivered to them. Properly instructed, a true messenger becomes approachable and
is placed on an equal standing with those to whom the message is intended. This has been
presented scripturally as the “condescension of God.”^33 Once the messenger is taught the
message properly, it can then be shared (or attempted to be shared) properly with the rest
of the inhabitants of the world, who do not have the ability to remember anything beyond
their current state of mortal existence.
With the knowledge they receive, true messengers help the inhabitants of this world
understand (or at least attempt to) that all of us are equal Gods^34 and that none of us is set
above another in any way!^35 The message teaches us that we should not allow religions,
leaders, gurus, spiritualists, psychics, diviners, doctors, lawyers, hypnotists, psychologists,
or anyone else outside of ourselves, to have any power or influence over us in any way.^36
And if we allow anyone such power over us in any way, we become a fallen God, a fallen
angel—we become “LUCIFER. ” (In addition, following the “natural man” in lust, wanting
more power, money, or placing oneself above others in any way is also following Lucifer.^37
In other words, when we give up our own agency to another, we subject our spirit
(or rather, our essence) to the flesh, which is actually our own personal “Lucifer.” “Lucifer”
is not a being external to the self, but is each individual on this planet acting as we act
according the flesh and desires of our mortal state. (True messengers have always known
this, but in using “Lucifer” in the delivery and explanation of their message, we receive an
example of how they “utilize familiar and accepted orthodox belief systems as a segue to
communicating real truth” as previously stated.)^38 It is the role of a true messenger who
discloses his true identity to explain and expound on all symbolism used, including the
symbolism associated with “Lucifer.”

The Message

In answering the questions concerning who true messengers are and how they are
chosen, we must consider in greater detail what the “message” is that they are instructed to
give to the people of the world. It is a message that places the mission of its deliverance
above any of the messenger’s personal endeavors, goals, or ambitions.
The message transcends all the beliefs, ideas, thoughts, theories, speculations, and
inventions of the human mind that have been created by mortals since the first human was
able to take advantage of free will to form his or her own thoughts and conceptualize a
conscious reality.^39 It is the ONLY real truth that exists throughout the Universe among all
human societies. It has always been the same and will endure forever, never changing,^40
