QUICK CRANBERRY RELISH


2 CUPS SWEETENED DRIED CRANBERRIES


½ CUP ORANGE JUICE


¼ CUP WATER


¼ CUP MANDARIN ORANGES, HALVED


Puree the cranberries with the juice and water in a blender, but don't go overboard. You won't be
sipping them through a straw. Pour into a bowl and stir in the oranges. Eat immediately or chill for 30
minutes.
