Serve on whole wheat burger buns and top with lettuce and tomato slices. If you have any extra
burgers, wrap them in plastic and freeze for later.

1 EGG
1 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF
½ CUP ROLLED OATS
1/3 CUP DICED ONION
½ CUP CHOPPED SPINACH
2 TABLESPOONS SHREDDED REDUCED
FAT MEXICAN-BLEND CHEESE
SALT AND PEPPER
1. Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Add everything else and mix—your hands are the best tools—until
well blended. Form into 4 patties.
2. Place the burgers on a grill over medium-high heat. Cook 4 to 6 minutes per side or to your desired
level of doneness.
