2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
2 TABLESPOONS BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
1 POUND LARGE
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Mix the oil, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl. Add the mushrooms, letting stand for 30 minutes.
Remove from the marinade and grill until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
