16 MARSHMALLOWS
8 GRAHAM CRACKERS
2 DARK CHOCOLATE BARS (1.5 OUNCES EACH)
1 CUP BLACKBERRIES OR RASPBERRIES

1. Cut the marshmallows in half. Break each graham cracker in half to form squares. Place 2


marshmallow halves on top of each cracker square and place as many as will fit in a toaster oven.
Broil until the marshmallows turn golden brown. Break the chocolate bar into pieces.


2. Arrange the chocolate and blackberries on half of the marshmallow crackers. Cover with the


remaining crackers, marshmallow side down, to make sandwiches. Squeeze gently so the hot
marshmallow starts to melt the chocolate.


Makes 4 servings.


Per serving: 280 calories, 3 g protein, 50 g carbohydrates, 8 g fat (4.5 g saturated), 110 mg sodium,


4g fiber

I don't have to tell you that portion control is critical when it comes to cookies, but I will
anyway. You can easily scarf down a meal's worth of calories with a glass of milk. So don't
leave them on the counter (or risk walk-by nibbling). Have one as a treat, and put the rest out
of easy reach in a high cabinet.
