UNCLE CLEM'S COWBOY COBBLER

1/3 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 CAN (29 OUNCES) UNSWEETENED PEACH SLICES, DRAINED
2/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
½ CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
½ CUP ROLLED OATS
3/4 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
3/4 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the butter in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Add the peaches in an
even layer.
2. Mix the sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg and sprinkle over the peaches.
Bake for 30 minutes, until brown.
