1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup sliced black olives
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Cook the ground beef over medium heat for 7–10 minutes until brown, then drain.
3. Return meat to pan and add the salt, onion, paprika, chili powder, and water. Let mixture
simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. When oil is hot, fry each tortilla for about 30–45 seconds per side and drain on paper
towels. Tortillas should become golden brown.
6. Heat refried beans in the microwave for 1–2 minutes.
7. Place 4 tortillas on a baking sheet. For each pizza, spread 1/3 cup beans on a tortilla. Next
add 1/3 cup meat, then another tortilla.
8. Top each of the second tortillas with 2 tablespoons of salsa.
9. Divide the tomato, cheeses, green onion, and olives evenly on top of the salsa.
10. Bake for 8–12 minutes.
