1¾ peeled bananas
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip


1. Heat the milk in a saucepan to 170°F.
2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, vanilla, and sugar.
3. Add the sugar mixture to the milk in the pan.
4. Cook for 10–12 minutes until it becomes custard like, stirring constantly.
5. Spread the wafers on the bottom of the baking pan.
6. Slice the bananas and place over the wafers.
7. Pour the custard over the wafers and bananas.
8. Let cool and add Cool Whip to the top.

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon ground cloves
1¼ cups vegetable oil
1½ cups sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple
