1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

2. Roll the dough on a floured surface until it is the diameter for your pizza pan. Place in the
pan and form the dough to the edge.
3. Brush with vegetable oil and prick with a fork.
4. Prebake the dough for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven.
5. Spread the pie filling over the dough.
6. Mix the flour, brown sugar, quick oats, cold butter, and cinnamon with a fork or pastry
blender and spoon over the pie the filling.
7. Return the pizza to the oven and continue to bake for 10–15 minutes, or until crust is light
golden brown. Remove from oven.
8. Create the vanilla drizzle by combining powdered sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla. Drizzle
glaze over pizza.

Dessert Pizzas
Dessert pizzas have become a very hot item on many restaurant menus. They come in many variations
depending on the seasons and the local flavor. You can make your own crust from scratch of course,
but this calls for a ready-made store-bought crust found at any grocery store.
