9. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the baking dish and pour ¼ cup melted butter over the top.
Cover and bake in the oven for about 35–40 minutes.
10. Remove the cover and sprinkle ¼ cup of mozzarella on top and put back in the oven just
long enough for the cheese to melt slightly (about 5–7 minutes).
11. Garnish with freshly diced parsley.

¼ cup water
2 eggs

5. Dip the ravioli in flour, then in the egg wash, then in bread crumbs and carefully place in
