4 chopped medium tomatoes
6–8 chopped fresh basil leaves
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
8 slices of crusty bread
2–3 cloves of garlic


1. In a medium bowl, mix the tomatoes, basil, and olive oil together.
2. Grill or toast the bread.
3. Rub the bread with garlic and top with the tomato mixture.

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
24 ounces beer
1 Vidalia or Texas sweet onion
