to five weeks. The text for the course is Tyl’s classic 1,000-page teaching manual, Synthesis and
Counseling in Astrology.There is an exam at the end of the final lesson and certification for
successful completion of the course, which is acknowledged by the international astrology
community. Successful completion of this course prepares the student for professional service
and hones skills to a new level for currently practicing professionals. This course may be fol-
lowed by Tyl’s Consultation Skills Training program, advanced guidance for established profes-
sionals. Tyl will teach students how to present a horoscope analysis to clients, skills in leading
consultation development, and how to involve clients in self-management and development,
among other topics. This is a seven-lesson printed course requiring 40 to 60 hours of study for
each lesson.

main focus of Project Hindsight has been the restoration of the astrology of the Hellenistic
period (300 B.C.E. to about 600 C.E.) This is the astrology that developed in Egypt and the sur-

It is the primary source for all later Western astrology. Project Hindsight believes it is the first
to have restored this ancient discipline to its original form.
