to find all the answers, for the “Universe is within.”Born in the upper Midwest, Dr. Norma Milanovich’s foundation is built upon
solid values and rooted in high standards of living, a deep love for education,
and a desire to succeed and contribute to the world.
Norma obtained her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the
University of Houston, and went on to serve on Advisory Boards for Ohio
State University and Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute. She also
represented Senator Binghamin’s office on the Japanese Youth For
Understanding Program for five years. For eight years, she held a top-secret
clearance for the Department of Energy and was a lead instructor in training
their security and police force personnel in Job-Task Analysis. She also
spent twenty years in academia as an Assistant Professor of Education.
She has trained personnel for many large US corporations, the
Navajo Nation, Sandia National Laboratories, Los Alamos National
Laboratories, and Government Offices in areas such as needs assessment,
team building, job task analysis, sexual harassment in the workplace, and
effective communication, making her a leading and desired trainer all over
the US.
For the last 20 years, Norma has served as a beacon for those
seeking self-empowerment, and for thousands who also feel called to serve
the world. She is a channel for the Ascended Masters and has brought
through thousands of messages that have served to assist in humanity’s
evolution, and that have guided hundreds in their quests toward world peace.
Norma’s communications with Beings outside of the third-dimensional
existence, and her extraordinary communication and motivational skills,

Norma has visited almost 100 countries, and every continent on the
planet, often guiding groups of Light workers to sacred sites to perform
mediations, activations, and ceremonies that strengthen and repair the

and space, and allow individuals to become more self-realized through the
process of soul retrieval.
Norma has been invited to speak at the United Nations seven times,
