You Can Create Your Own Garden of Eden

My father and I want you to know we have no
illusions that there is any place left in the world that
could be called the 100 % perfect Garden of Eden. But if
you want to be well and live long, you must work to
create your own Garden of Eden to the best of your
ability wherever you live! You should strive to live in
the most environmentally pure and safe surroundings
as possible! Drink only distilled or reverse osmosis-
purified water. Eat organic fruits and vegetables. Buy and
use air purifiers for your home, office and even your car.
This is what we do wherever we have lived. When
possible we put in organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees
and flowers to best create our own Garden of Eden!
This is what The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle is going to
do for you. It will inspire and help you establish – wherever
you are – your own Garden of Eden! We can’t expect to
have the exact health, vitality and long life that our
brothers and sisters enjoyed in the original Garden of
Eden. But we can strive through careful control of our
diet, and the purifying and flushing out and eliminating
altogether the vicious toxic poisons that are causing us
illness, suffering and premature ageing. Naturally there
will be some compromises to make. America has had
many generations of eating a S.A.D. diet of processed,
highly refined and unhealthy foods! It’s important to
begin the trip back to the Garden of Eden slowly, wisely
and cautiously. You can do it – start now!

The USDA has issued new dietary guidelines encouraging more exercise and
the consumption of less fat. The guidelines also stress the use of dietary sources
of vitamins and minerals, especially antioxidants and B vitamins, including
folic acid. In addition, the guidelines point out that diet is important and vital
to health at all stages of life and helps reduce the risk of diseases of all kinds.

You can’t beat Mother Nature. Proctor and Gamble’s synthetic fat, Olestra
promises our fat-laden public the taste we love without calories. FDA has approved
its use, but thousands of consumers have already suffered many forms of gastric
distress that the manufacturer has placed a legal warning label on their packages
( warning on cigarettes, flouridated toothpaste, drug products don’t stop users). Harvard
School of Public Health found this synthetic fat also blocks carotenoids that are
important in fighting heart disease, cancer, stroke, and macular degeneration.
Scientist Dr. Walter C. Willett assigned to study the synthetic fat stated "there will
be no benefit from Olestra in terms of weight reduction". Visit these revealing
