Our bodies are fine instruments. The cleaner they
become through The Toxicless Diet, Body Purification
and Healing System, the more oxygen they will absorb,
which is the source of all life. A toxin-polluted body can
only take in so much oxygen when it is encumbered
with so many obstructions! As you purify your body, it
will feast on the invisible foods of the universe! Your
body will absorb more oxygen, more energy, more ozone
and more of the sun’s strength-giving, gentle rays. Think
of it – living on the invisible foods of Mother Nature!
Babies do this – they eat only a small amount of food,
and mother’s milk is only 3. 5 % protein. Have you ever
watched a healthy, active baby kick and wiggle and coo
for hours at a time? Where is the energy coming from?
Not from the mother’s milk with only 3. 5 % protein! That
baby’s body is so clean that was gathered from the
universe and the powerful, invisible nutrients. Look at
the baby’s delicate skin, look at his wide, bright eyes,
sunny smile and listen to his powerful lungs support
his cries when he wants something or he’s wet!
Now look at the average person of 70 and notice their
lifeless-looking flesh! Their eyes may be clouded with
cataracts and eyelids drooping, and also their posture,
making them look almost like human caricatures. Don’t
tell us it is because they are 70 and the baby is only a
few months old! The difference is that the old man has
been soaking up toxic poisons for most of his life. He is
most likely suffering from toxemia – the clogging of his
human pipes and organs as a result of a lifelong intake
of unhealthy, toxin-forming foods as on page 23.
Experts in healing feel that illness, especially after an emotionally cataclysmic
event such as the death of someone close or a divorce, is one way the body
expresses energy that’s not being directed towards true desires and needs.
Getting in touch with that which is truly important is not always that easy.
Ways to overcome this problem and “reset” your life include keeping a journal,
exploring your unexamined self through group therapy, prayer, listening to
quiet music, taking life one hour at a time, and learning to love and improve
your physical body and tell yourself how great you are! Life is a series of
