Living This Lifestyle You Will Gain Super Energy
When you give up breakfast you will be thrilled and
have all the more Super Energy to enjoy! In our personal
lives, my father and I do most of our creative work in
the morning. And when it’s time for our daily physical
activity – such as hiking, swimming, tennis or other
sports – we are still filled with vital strength. Remember,
it takes a tremendous amount of energy to digest a heavy
breakfast. You cannot put your energy in two arenas at
once, into both food and activity. People often wonder
why we accomplish so much between 6 a.m. and noon.
It’s because we have not dissipated our Vital Force on a big
breakfast. Our daily Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail, whole
or juiced fruit or the Bragg Healthy Pep Drink is all we
need – and we both have inexhaustible super energy!
You Must Earn Your Food
4. By noon you are ready for the first meal of the day.
You have earned it. You have used both mental and
physical energy. Always start this first important main
meal with a large health salad consisting of coarse
vegetables – all raw (grate finely if chewing problems, etc.).
Make the base of your health salads from “Nature’s
Broom” veggies – chopped or grated cabbage, carrots,
beets and celery. To this base you can add any fresh,
raw organic vegetables you desire: broccoli, cauliflower,
turnips, cucumbers (with their unwaxed green skin),
lettuce, radishes, parsley, peas, avocado, tomatoes,
green onions, mushrooms, red and green peppers or
any other fresh, raw vegetables. See salad recipe page 115.
Top this wonderful mixture with a fresh salad dressing
made of Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with
the “Mother” enzyme), honey and Bragg Organic Olive
Oil. See recipe on page 115. Always eat your fill of raw
salad first! Never let hot food touch your mouth until
you have finished your health salad! The salad is the
internal broom, purifier and strong fighter that pushes
toxins out. Toxins just have to move out of the body
when these live nutrients in the raw salads get to work.
