Animal protein foods (meats, fish, eggs and dairy products)
if you want to eat them, they should be used with
great discretion! It’s wise to change over to healthier
vegetarian proteins. Personally, we love the delicious
vegetarian recipes! Try this for 3 to 4 days and you will
soon note the health benefits you feel in your journal!
If you crave a sweet after a meal, you may have fresh
baked apples, stewed fruit or an occasional health pie,
pastry, cake or cookies made with whole grain flour and
honey for dessert. You will enjoy our recipe book – it
contains hundreds of healthy dessert recipes. It’s best to
avoid the daily habit of desserts, however, as it’s just
another form of overeating! After you have had enough
to eat – stop! Forget desserts, only have them once or
twice weekly or on special occasions as a treat!
