CHOCOLATE
Melt 500 grams chocolate of choice in a
double boiler over simmering water or using
a microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes,
stirring halfway through. Whisk until warm and
completely melted. Dip prepared apples into
chocolate, turning to coat and letting excess drip
off. Use a spoon to baste hard-to-reach spots.
Coat bottoms with preferred toppings, pressing
