Cauliflower and
Bacon Gratin
Light and decadent at the same
time, this nutritious dish is so
easy to make!

Serves 4
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cooking Time 20 minutes
1 kilo cauliflower (about
3 to 4 heads), cut into
large florets
2 tablespoons
unsalted butter
1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 Bring a large pot of water to

over medium-high heat for
about 5 minutes. Drain then
set aside.
3 Melt butter in a saucepan
over medium heat. Set aside
half of the melted butter. Add

ÓÕÌið-ÜÞ>``]
stirring, and allow mixture

until thick, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add
cheddar cheese and about
¦|³ cup Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
4 Pour some of the sauce into
an 8-inch oval baking dish.

remaining sauce. Sprinkle with
remaining Parmesan cheese,
and drizzle with remaining
melted butter. Top with
bacon.
5 Bake in the preheated oven
until top bubbles, about
15 minutes.
