An impromptu call last year from
co-author Jill Liberman turned into
something special. “By the time we
hung up the phone, we had decided to
embark on this journey together,”
Kanan said. “Jill is an incredible person
and a phenomenal partner.”
Kanan took a few minutes to
treat the gathered fans to a
reading directly from the book.
“I was excited to have a signing
at the fl agship Barnes & Noble,”
he admitted.
