patients within limited time will require extensive research. A better approach
would be to obtain and store allogeneic ES cells beforehand. A cell bank of alloge-
neic stem cells having all the variation of human histocompatibility is attractive and
not entirely impossible. Such allogeneic sources in the future can help overcome
quantity, age and disease limitations in stem cell therapy (Brunt et al. 2012 ).
