CELEBRATING ITS 25TH YEAR with over 34,000 visitors and a new
show layout, the Monaco Yacht Show last year cemented its place as the
world’s greatest meeting of superyachts.
Th e new show confi guration welcomed megayachts up to 120 m
along the quay Rainier III.


By repositioning the Darse Nord tent on Quai Antoine ler,
uninterrupted passage was allowed along the Port Hercules waterfront.
Created in 1991, the four-day event has grown to become the
ultimate luxury rendezvous for international clientele.
Much of the new wave of visitors came from Asia, many of whom
were attracted to the MYS China Night. Th e third annual
event, held during the Monaco show not only welcomed
the new guests to the show but also strengthened ties
between the Republic of China and the Principality of
Monaco. With a record 121 superyachts showcasing at
this year’s event, visitors were sure to be captivated by the
spectacular fl eet.
Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo Yachts introduced two
impressive yachts: 42.2-metre 460EXP, the fi rst from
the Explorer Range and the 46Steel range Scorpion. Th e
460EXP off ers a heated swimming pool and spacious
layout, while the Scorpion has a range of about 3,500
nautical miles, perfect for extended cruising.
CRN shipyard, part of Ferretti Group, presented
three incredible yachts: the 55-metre Atlante,
61-metre Saramour and 73-metre Ya l l a. Ya l l a is the fi rst
CRN yacht built on a 13-metre wide naval platform,
while Saramour off ers an owner’s deck, a fi rst for a CRN
