Inside eastern 211Us, the average of CSSCI articles of HSZUs is much higher than
that of JUs or OUs, and the averages of the latter two types of 211Us are almost the
same.
It can be seen from Fig.3.54, the average of Monographs of eastern 211Us is
larger than that of central or west 211Us, and there is a step-wise decaying pattern
from east to the west. Inside the eastern 211Us, the averages of Monographs of JUs
and HSZUs are larger than that of OUs.
It can be seen from Fig.3.55, in 2006 and 2007, the average of Reports of the
eastern 211Us is higher than that of the central 211Us, and that of the central 211Us
is higher than that of the western 211Us. Among eastern 211Us, the average of
