7.30pm Episode 6/130

Chen Feng sneaks into

Ziyang’s room while he is

sleeping to look for clues to

his identity. Yalong follows

her. The noise they make

wakes him up, and Chen

Feng hurriedly makes the

excuse that Yalong wants to

water the plants in his room.

The next morning, Ziyang

accidentally drops Yalong’s

toothbrush onto the ground.

He puts it back, but not in

its original position. Peeved,

Yalong hogs the toilet and

refuses to let Ziyang use it.

After deliberately sending

Yalong away, Zhongxing

steals some mushrooms

from a hamper.

Chen Feng mentions

that some customers have

complained about the

hampers not being delivered

on time. The drivers blame

Rashid. Xu Tao suggests

Rashid may be facing

financial difficulty.

Chen Feng goes to the

coffee stall run by Rashid’s

wife, Lv Xiuqin, to check

things out. She tails Xiuqin

and is stunned to see her

looking at a recruitment ad

for dance hostesses at a

nightclub.

TUE OCT 10

7.30pm Episode 7/130

Chen Feng tries to sneak into

the nightclub but is caught

by the bouncer, Benson.

Later, in the car park, she

sees Rashid arriving in his

van to pick Xiuqin up.

Chen Feng tells Wenjie

what she saw at the

nightclub. She speculates

that Rashid must be living

off his wife. Zhongxing, who

happens to be passing by,

overhears their conversation.

Infuriated by the rumours,

Rashid and Xiuqin confront

Chen Feng and explain their

situation. She realises she

has done them much wrong.

It turns out that they are on

a search for their daughter,

Aisha, who has run away

from home.

Aisha is found. She

returns home reluctantly,

but runs away again after

stealing money from her

parents.

WED OCT 11

7.30pm Episode 8/130

Chen Feng learns Aisha has

run away again. She assures

Xiuqin and Rashid that

teenage rebellion is normal

and Aisha will return home

once she has had a hard

time. She brags about her

own teenage years, which

leads Rashid to ask her to

persuade Aisha to return

home.

Chen Feng has no choice

but to oblige. They run into

a few teenagers who try

to make things difficult for

them, and even ridicule Chen

Feng. Zhang Qiyuan shows

up and defuses the tension.

Subsequently, Aisha is

found outside a hotel with

a friend. They are in the

midst of an idol-chase. She

learns the idol is at another

location, and Rashid offers

to take them there.

Shuqi heads home, and

sees Xiaoqiao chopping

meat viciously. She is

shaken because there has

been news of a murder in the

vicinity.

The door knob of the

storeroom is stained with

blood. Shuqi and Xu Tao step

into the storeroom and are

horrified find a human hand

sticking out of a sleeping

bag.

Xu Tao has been given a

role as a homeless person.

To get into character, he

starts behaving like one.

Shuqi wears a shirt with

a frangipani print; it also

smells of frangipani essential

oil. Yalong is attracted to the

look and smell.

THUR OCT 12

7.30pm Episode 9/130

Yalong holds Shuqi’s face

and declares she looks

like his favourite flower.

Horrified, she pushes him

away.

Meanwhile, Xu Tao is

fully engrossed in his role.

He talks to a doll, which

scares Lianhua.

Li Zhengye gives his

son a packet of dried

scallops. Ziyang deems it

inappropriate, as Zhengye

had taken it from the

warehouse, but Zhengye

insists he accept it.

Zhongxing notices the

dried scallops and is sure

he has found Ziyang out for

stealing.

While along the corridor,

Ziyang catches Alan stealing

Qiyuan’s garments. He gives

chase, and Alan flings a
