Snowboarder Mike Schultz took home gold at the

Paralympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang and, what’s

more, other Paralympians owe part of their success to him.

In 2008, a snowmobile accident caused then-motocross pro

Schultz to lose most of his left leg, but his sports career wasn’t

over. Not only did he continue to compete with a prosthetic, he

also designed his own – the Moto Knee (designed to withstand

high impact) and the Versa Foot (which features adjustable

shock absorption). Other Paralympians at the 2018 Games

also won medals with the aid of Schultz’s designs.

Johnson & Johnson has released an exercise app

called the Johnson & Johnson Official 7-Minute

Workout, and it’s perfect if you are short on time but

still love to work out. Based on interval training and

designed by exercise physiologist Chris Jordan, the

short program is sure to get your heart pumping.
