thetop hinge bolts, with thecurved
sideawayfrom the door frame, thenrefi t
the hinge nuts.Window handle tip16Before refi tting the window winder
handle, check theretaining spring
clip is fullyreleased (in this position)
before refi tting ontotheregulator spindle.Positionalcheck15With both hinge guards now in
position, check the guards are both
correctly positioned when the door closes.
Thenrefi t the doorcard.Double check17With the doorcardnowback in
position check again that the door
still closescorrectly and the hinge guards
don’tcatch the doorseal. Job done.Warning11There arewarning ‘finger trap’
stickersto gooneachofthe hinge
guards.Theseare best stuck in position
beforethe guards arefi tted.Adjustment13Set the guard plateasstated in the
instructionssothat, when the door is
closed, there is thecorrectgap between
plateand bulkhead, then tighten the nuts.Lower hinge14Fit the guard without thecut-outto
