flavan-3-ols and flavonols (catechin, epicatechin, myricetin, and quercetin), phenolic
acids (caffeic, chlorogenic, p-coumaric, ferulic, and p-hydroxybenzoic), and antho-
cyanidins (cyaniding, delphinidin, malvinidin, peonidin, and petunidin).
