THE PROCESS

First, the vehicle is completely stripped down. Because the

coating is applied in all the door jambs, everything is removed

including the windscreen, door glass, seals, trims, head lights,

grill, and canopy. Absolutely everything is taken off.

Once the primer is dry, the application of the LINE-X can begin.

Once stripped, the preparation begins. All the bar work was sand

blasted and primed using LINE-X’s own special primer to make

sure the LINE-X has the strongest possible bond to the metal

substrates. The vehicle is masked up into different sections and

the factory paint is etched.

After being thoroughly cleaned to ensure there is no

remaining contaminants, the entire vehicle is then primed

again ensure the strongest possible bond to the substrate
