PALEO PROTEIN MUG CAKE
Prep Time 1 min | Cook time 1 min | Serves 1
Stuff you need
1 serve of natural protein
powder
1 tbs. raw cacao powder
1 tbs. coconut oil
1 tbs. water
1 tsp. stevia (we love to use
natvia)
1 tbs. cinnamon
1egg
Now what
- Place all ingredients into
a blender and whiz until
smooth. - Pour the mixture into a
mug or small bowl. - Microwave for one minute.
- Depending on your
microwave it may need
longer, stop after 1 minute
give it a stir and return for
another minute if required. - To p y o u r c a k e w i t h
delicious raspberries!
Don’t like the microwave? Bake in
a 180°C oven for approximately
10 minutes.

Prep Time 10 min | Serves 2
Stuff you need
1 1/2 cups almond or coconut
milk
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 lemon juiced and rind for
garnish
1 granny smith apple grated
Now what
- In a large jar or container mix
all the ingredients well. - Place the jar or container in
the fridge and leave to soak
overnight or at least 2 hours. - When you're ready to eat, add
a little more milk to get your
desired consistency and serve
with lemon zest!
