THE KETTLEBELL
windmill and the
two hands anyhow.
The kettlebell windmill is an
outstanding warm-up exercise to
do before moving on to your big
lifts. Additionally, it can help
improve strength and flexibility
in the trunk, shoulder capsule,
hips and hamstrings and also
prevent the iliotibial band from
tightening. To start, use a
seven to 15 kilo kettlebell.
The two hands anyhow is a
strength builder for torso, grip and
shoulders; doing them requires a
lot of coordination and balance.
