jumper diagram, embroider
the nose and ears in Brick
(1048), placing the centre of
the nose in the centre of
the jumper front. Use White
(301) to stitch over the nose
highlight stitch so that it’s
at the same level as the rest

of the nose. Embroider
the face outline in Fawn
(334) and the eyes in
Peat (312). Stem stitch
the mouth in the same
colour.
We recommend using
mattress stitch to sew
up your jumper. Lap the
front shoulder over the
back shoulder to the
coloured thread and
oversew them together
at the armhole edges.
Tie coloured threads 9 (10-
11)cm (3^11 ⁄ 2 [4-4^1 ⁄ 2 ]in) down
from shoulder on the front
and back. Sew in the
sleeves evenly between
the coloured threads,

matching the centre of
the sleeve top to the
shoulder seam. Join the
side and underarm seams.
Sew two buttons on each
shoulder to correspond
with the buttonholes.
