QUIZ TIME: How do you
conserve energy for work and
play, while creating it, too? A)
Work harder and play harder; B)
Have a fi ve-hour midday nap or
C) Do a little exercise? The
answer, fi tness friends, is C!
And by a little exercise we mean
a workout that only lasts nine
minutes... just like each of these
mini circuits. They’re short, but
not too sweet, so they’ll leave
you feeling full of beans. There
are no burnouts on our watch.

HOW TO DO IT: Do one
circuit of your choice per workout.
Perform each move for one
minute – swapping sides halfway
if necessary – with no rest
between sets. After one set
of each move is complete, rest
for one minute then go back
to the start and do the circuit
again. Remember to use the
heaviest weights you possibly
can, without losing good form.
