1: Starting from single leg x-guard.

5/6/7/8: Lift your hips slightly so you can underhook your opponent’s
right foot with your left hand. From here, use the momentum from
kicking your right leg and extending your hips to arrive on top.


2: Your opponent will always look to clear your foot from their hip. As
your left foot is cleared, bring your right leg from underneath your
opponent’s thigh so that it’s now in front of you.

3/4: Bring your right arm underneath your opponent’s left leg as they
clear your x-guard, so you now arrive in a waiter sweep situation.
