1: Starting from single leg x-guard.

2: Your opponent will always look to clear your foot from their hip.
As your left foot is cleared, bring your right leg from underneath
your opponent’s thigh so that it’s now in front of you.

3: Bring your right arm underneath your opponent’s left leg as they
clear your x-guard, so you now arrive in a waiter sweep situation.

7/8/9: Extend your legs to create the space needed to bring your head
behind your opponent’s body. From here, you can attack the back.

4/5: From this position, if you struggle to sweep you can work to the
back. Start by gripping your opponent’s belt, while bringing your left
shin behind their right thigh.

6: Next, shift your right knee so that it’s now behind your opponent’s butt.
