Various studies have shown signs on how hypnosis can lead you to live a
healthier lifestyle – more specifically, to help you quit smoking and lose
weight. It may not have the desired effect on someone to immediately stop
smoking, but our subconscious can control the cravings. “Hypnosis can help

says Dr Delia Chiaramonte, associate director of the Center for Integrative
Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. According to a
