Q Is manifesting
even a real thing?
Absolutely! Whether we know it or not,
we are all constantly manifesting things
into our lives. For example, have you ever
noticed that the more you talk about being
busy and the busier you feel, the busier
your life becomes? Manifesting has become
a term associated with taking an active part
in our lives to create experiences we want
and to make goals and dreams a reality.
However, we are all manifesting situations
in our lives that may not necessarily be
things we really want, yet we are creating
them through the way we think and feel. 


Q How does it work?
There has been an amazing amount
written about manifesting (it became
especially popular after the book, then
the movie, The Secret was released).
This was primarily about one of the
universal laws, the law of attraction.
On a very simple level this states that
“like attracts like”.
Manifesting works on the premise
that everything is energy, regardless of
how solid it appears. Science has shown,
through quantum physics, that everything
in the universe is energy vibrating at
di‰ erent frequencies. The law of attraction

means that you will attract what you’re
in vibrational harmony with.
After reading/seeing The Secret, many
people came away with the belief that what
you think about – situations, experiences,
material things – you create. While this is
true, it’s only part of the practice.

Q And how do you
do it... exactly?
To manifest anything you need to be in
vibrational harmony with whatever it is you
want to manifest. This means changing
your energetic state to that of what you
want to draw to you. Your energetic state
