Anti-ageing Special
READY IN 5 MINUTES

½ cup water + ¼ cup low-fat Greek-style
natural yoghurt + ½ teaspoon spirulina
powder + 10g baby spinach leaves + ⅓ cup
frozen mixed berries + 1 kiwifruit, chopped



  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


Blend the water, yoghurt, spirulina powder,
spinach, berries, kiwifruit and chia seeds
until almost smooth. Serves 1

Fat Buster
READY IN 5 MINUTES

¾ cup milk + 2 scoops vanilla protein
powder + ½ cup frozen mixed berries



  • 2 tablespoons low-fat Greek-style
    natural yoghurt + 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 1 multigrain Weet-Bix, crushed


Blend milk, protein powder, berries,
yoghurt, chia seeds and cereal until
almost smooth. Serves 1
