light makes it easy. These great, easy-to-pack little
items are highly useful and will definitely enhance the
enjoyment of your adventure. Happy travels!
TRAVELERS TIP 2
With security checks on the rise and getting more
intrusive at airports around the world having to open
your baggage several times before boarding a plane is
the new norm. Fumbling with different locks and keys
can be extremely frustrating especially when there are
other passengers behind you waiting to go through
the process. For this reason we recommend buying
luggage locks in packs of 3 locks, 4 locks, 6 locks or
whatever amount you need. Also be sure the locks in
your multi-lock package use the same key. One key
that works on 4 locks will cut down your time spent at
security and ease frustration while on the road. Also,
if you lose one key you know you’ll have no problems,
as your spare key will work with all your luggage.
Happy Travels!
TRAVELERS TIP 3
Have you ever noticed when you start to unpack your
luggage at a destination how toothpaste, hand lotion,
or any other cream or liquid has leaked onto your cloths;
or when you want to go out and take some last minute
photos there’s a slight drizzle? Or any medication or vi-
tamins have all been mixed around your back after you
meticulously packed them at home? Well in this travel
tip – and it’s oh so simple – we promote the wonder of
the zip-lock bag. Go ahead and pack liquid without
fear of them bursting on the plane, take those pictures
in the rain, keep your vitamins or medications safe and
dry. Happy travels!
TRAVELERS TIP 4
Always pack a hat or cap to protect your head from the
hot tropical sun. Please don’t forget to pack an umbrel-
la too as it is useful in the tropics not just because of
the rain, but as importantly, it works as a great shade
from the sun – which on a hot day, can come as a great
relief.
TRAVELERS TIP 5
Learn a little of your destinations lingo. Memorise a
handful of words of the local language, and use them!
It’s amazing how just a few words will go a long way.
TRAVELERS TIP 6
Bring ear plugs. If silence is gold, then ear plugs are
worth their weight in platinum. Being able to sleep in a
noisy plane or hotel room is a very valuable skill, not to
be underestimated whilst travelling.
Umbrellas are not only
great for rain but to
protect from the sun!
