- 500g modelling paste:
white and red - 500g fl ower paste
- gold sugar for sugar lace

- edible metallic spray: gold and
bronze
I imagined this Christmas cake as Victorian, with Victorian
prints recalling The Twelve Days of Christmas’ song...fi ve
gold rings, four calling birds, three French hens, two turtle
doves and a partridge in a pear tree!
