Berry-Banana Smoothie Bowls
SERVES 4 (about^3 ⁄ 4 cup each)


In a blender combine 1^1 ⁄ 2 cups pited dark sweet cherries, frozen;
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk; one 6 oz. carton blueberry
fat-free Greek yogurt;^1 ⁄ 2 cup blueberries, frozen; 1 medium banana,
peeled, sliced, and frozen; and^1 ⁄ 2 cup ice cubes. Cover and blend until
smooth. Pour into bowls. Top each with^1 ⁄ 4 cup fresh banana slices,
blueberries, and/or pited dark sweet cherries. In a bowl combine
1 Tbsp. each toasted sliced almonds, chopped crystallized ginger,
and chia seeds. Sprinkle over fruit.
