in several Queensland rural shows as well as The
Brisbane Ekka (The Royal Queensland Show).
I have received numerous commissions, however I
am not in a situation where I can survive on income
received from sales of my work, and although
I receive credible reviews and comments and
continuing sales, art is for my satisfaction, and this
is the absolute basis of my creativity, although it
gives me great pleasure to see others purchase my
work and appreciate the techniques used.
I am currently on the Committee of The
Millmerran Arts Council Inc., where I assist with the
presentation of shows, entertainment, and functions
as well as work with the exhibitions in our local
Macqueen Gallery.
