Issuhub offers you the option to add title and description before uploading.

If you want to change title and description of existing publications, put the cursor on your profile photo and then click Manage. 

Find the publication and then click Info icon to change its title and description. 

When you view publications on Issuhub, you can download the PDF version of most publications for offline reading. When you upload your publications, downloading feature is also enabled by default, so readers can download your PDF. If you don’t want to allow download, you can disable it. Follow below steps.

You can disable downloading before uploading your publication. 

Select Disable in the “Allow downloads” option.

If you want to disable downloading for existing publications, put the cursor on your profile photo and then click Manage. 

Find the publication and then click Info icon. 

Click More Info and then find “Allow downloads” option. Free users can’t disable downloading, to use this feature, you need to upgrade to PRO, PLATINUM or ENTERPRISE.

Sometimes you may want to grab readers' attention with the most attractive page in your publication. It may not be the cover. Don’t worry, Issuhub allows you to set any page as start page. When readers click your publication link, they will be presented with the page you set. 

How to set start page for your publication? Here are 2 ways.

• Before uploading your publication, you can change the start page. Find Display page below and enter the page number you want to display first.

• Once you have uploaded the publication, you can also change the start page anytime you want. 

Place the cursor on your profile photo and then click Manage. 

On the following page find the publication and then click Info button. 

On the Info page, change the start page number.

Besides publishing your content on Issuhub, you can also embed it to your website, blog or other social channels. 

Click the embed icon under the publication and you will get the embedding code. Copy the code that appears and paste it into your website's HTML editor.

After uploading your publication to Issuhub, you will find the Edit the publication button, click it to open editor page. 

If you uploaded your publications before, place the cursor on your profile photo and then click Manage. 

On the following page find the publication you want to add video to and then click Editor. 

Embed YouTube video or Vimeo video to your publication. You just need to copy&paste the video ID(the number at the end of the video url). Set it auto play or play in loop.

To add a video:

1. Select the page in which you would like to embed the video.

2. Click the Video icon and choose the YouTube or Vimeo icon. A thumbnail of the video will appear on the page. You can then move it to your desired place and resize it as necessary. 

3. Enter the video ID from YouTube or Vimeo on the right side panel.

Besides Issuhub platform, you can also share your publication to other social websites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.

While viewing your publication, click below share icon to share it to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tumblr, etc. 

Or click below embed icon, you will get the embed code. Copy the code to embed the publication to your webpage or blog.

Readers can also share your publications using above 2 methods. 

Issuhub protects your privacy and allows you to set permission for your publications.

But this feature isn't available for free account. To use this feature, you need to upgrade to PRO, PLATINUM or ENTERPRISE.

While uploading the publication online, you can set the publication permission as shown below.

Click Info > Status. 

In the permissions box, choose one of the following options:

Public — the publication will be live and available for everyone to view.

Private — the publications won’t be live and can only be seen by you

Password Protected — the publication will be live, but the viewer must know the password

Email Permission — the publication will be live, but the viewer should enter correct email address

After the publication is uploaded as Public on Issuhub, you can also change the permission.

1. Go to Manage from the drop-down mean and locate the publication you want to make changes.

2. Click Public and scroll down to Private, Password Protected or Email Permission.

3. Click Enter to apply changes.

Place the cursor on your profile photo and click Manage. Then you will see all your uploaded publications. In Manage, you can edit info, select group/shelf, set the permission, enable or disable download button, and open the Editor for each publication.

You can create multiple groups and add the publications to any of the groups. You can define group name and write descriptions for each group.

To create new Group, click the Create button on the top right corner of the Mange. Enter the name and click the Create button to save it. Then you can find the new group on the left side menu.

To manage each group separately, choose the group on the left side menu, and click the Edit button on the top right corner of the Manage. Then you can change the name or delete the group.

To add a publication to the group, search for the book in the search box on the upper right of the page. Click Group button, select group and click Enter.
