- The bottoms of your feet? Are they cold? Warm?
- Now notice the entire body as a whole. What do you feel?
What is relaxed? What is strained? - Continue for another couple of minutes, scanning up
and down your body. If you want to go longer, scan the body
again, part by part, but this time start from the bottoms of
your feet and work your way up to your scalp. - To finish, gently wiggle your fingers and your toes, then
open your eyes.
