lower-back pain.
Alignment Points
- Begin in dragon pose (page 128) and extend the front leg for-
ward while pulling the hips back. - Balance on the front heel, with the toes facing upward.
- Rest the hands on the oor or blocks or reach a hand out and
grab the front foot.
