8 f. Exhale and lower the arms to
shoulder height with the palms
facing down.8 j. Exhale and slowly return the
arms to your sides into mountain
pose. Repeat two more times.8 i. Reach the arms overhead, in-
terlace the fingers, and turn the
palms facing up.8 h. Inhale and bring the arms
back out in front.8 g. Spread the arms out to the
side.8 e. Sweep the arms overhead,
interlacing the fingers and turn-
ing the palms facing up.8 d. Inhale and spread
the arms out to the side.8 c. On the same exhale,
straighten the legs and
sweep the arms around to
the front with the palms
facing up.8 b. Exhale and separate
the hands shoulder-width
apart while bending the
