Mountain Pose Series (Tadasana)
9 f. Exhale and slowly return the
arms to your sides into mountain
pose. Repeat two more times.
On the third round, hold the re-
verse prayer backbend and take
three or four breaths.
9 e. Inhale and slowly sweep the
arms overhead, interlacing the
fingers and turning the palms
facing up.
9 d. Exhale, return to face for-
ward, and release the arms to
your sides.
9 c. If you need to modify, press
your fists together. Inhale, lean
back, and gently look up.
9 b. Exhale and bring the hands
around the back to reverse
prayer, with the palms touching
and the fingers facing upward.
9 a. Inhale and slowly sweep the
arms overhead, interlacing the
fingers and turning the palms
facing up.
