Jamie Foxx, a source exclusively
tells Star — and this time it’s for
good. “Katie’s done with all the
back-and-forth,” the tipster says.
“It was a painful decision for her, but
at the end of the day she’s got her life to
live and this flaky arrangement simply
isn’t working for her anymore.” While
the pair have a deep connection and
fiery chemistry, sources say, their long-
distance status and his immaturity and
inability to commit were deal breakers

Katie, 40, is a single parent to 13-year-
old Suri, whom she shares with ex Tom
Cruise, but has reportedly longed to
marry again and possibly have more
children. But Jamie, 51, already has
two children — daughters Corrine, 25,
and Annalise, 10 — and sources say he
refuses to give up his bachelor lifestyle,
continuing to flirt with other women
when Katie’s not around. The pair has
been “arguing nonstop over his partying,”
another insider shares. “For months, he’s
been promising to calm his wild ways, but
nothing’s changed, and she’s finally cometo the conclusion that she wants to be with
a guy who’s more mature and ready to
settle down.” The physical miles between
them, with Katie and Suri in New York
and Jamie in Los Angeles, aren’t helping
in that regard. Katie “can’t keep an eye
on him when he’s in L.A. and is fed up
with the whole long-distance thing, so
she gave him an ultimatum: Either move
to New York or it’s over!” says a source.
Jamie refuses to leave his home, so
Katie’s cutting her losses. “She’ll always
love Jamie, but figures he’s a free spirit
and there’s no use trying to turn him into
something he’s not,” adds the insider.
