Profiles are
a great way
to kick-start your
editing in Camera
Raw or Lightroom.
The default profile
for raws is Adobe
Color: a nice, punchy
starting point for
further editing. If you
want to make a mono
image, switch to
Adobe Monochrome,
which optimizes the
image for black-and-
white editing.
The Adobe
Raw Portrait
profile is optimized
to produce natural-
looking skin tones, so
it’s a great starting
point for editing your
raw portraits. Like
all the Adobe Raw
profiles, these are
only available for
raws, not JPEGs.
