it takes to meet their needs.
- Exceeding Expectations.Offer your services in a
way that they wouldn’t expect. Give them a gift at
closing. Run paperwork errands for them. Just
show that you’re willing to do whatever it takes
to exceed their expectations. - Being Their Resource. You should have many
quality tested attorneys, mortgage brokers, banks,
and home improvement contractors to refer to
your clients. You can also be their resource for
local restaurants and recreation in specific neigh-
borhoods. This demonstrates your extensive
knowledge of the neighborhood and shows that
you are experienced.
Mailing Your Past Clients
It is important to devote some time to keeping your
past clients; because you are already their agent, they will
use you again. Calling past clients is a great way for you
to stay in their mind. But what if they forget about you in
the meantime? To be the most efficient when working
with your past clients, you’ll have to physically stay in
touch or at least keep your name in front of them. This
would require actually visiting them in person or mail
them stuff.
